RISK PROFILING
DCS carefully assesses all the possible risk points across the Definition, Establishment and Execution phases of a project, including the political landscape, previous failed projects, the preferred pricing model, third party suppliers involved and industrial relations. DCS and the client are then positioned to strategically deal with risk points before they become issues that would require substantial management time, effort, and unnecessary cost.
By quantifying the possible risk points and rating their importance and likelihood of occurring we have a strong indication of the overall risk profile and the best process for managing them.
